International Shipping

Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 business days for standard items, but custom orders may extend delivery times. Please allow up to 12 weeks for complex or oversized orders.

Customs & Import Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, and additional charges. Greenfluence is not responsible for these additional fees.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Due to the custom nature of some products, processing times may vary. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Damages & Lost Shipments

Greenfluence is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Important: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
