Due to the custom nature of our greenhouses, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
General Information
Aluminum greenhouses offer superior durability, minimal maintenance, and excellent weather resistance. Unlike timber, aluminum won’t rot, warp, or require regular treatments, making it a long-lasting investment.
Minimal maintenance is required. We recommend periodically cleaning the glass or polycarbonate panels, checking the seals, and tightening any bolts to ensure long-term durability.
Site Preparation
A solid, level foundation is key to the stability of your greenhouse. Here are our top recommendations:
- Paving Slabs: Easy to lay and provides excellent drainage.
- Concrete Base: Extremely durable and provides a perfectly level surface.
- Decking: A suitable option if it's strong and completely level.
For optimal results, avoid a fully solid floor to allow for direct planting and natural drainage.
- North-South Orientation: Maximizes sunlight on both sides, ideal for summer crops.
- East-West Orientation: Extends light exposure during winter months.
Place your greenhouse where it will receive ample sunlight and be sheltered from strong winds.
Many of our customers successfully assemble their greenhouses using the provided instructions. If you prefer, we offer professional installation services. A flat, level base is required for installation.
For most models, you can expect assembly to take about 2–3 days:
Day 1: Frame assembly
Day 2: Glazing installation
Tip: Avoid leaving the greenhouse partially glazed overnight, especially in windy conditions..
Assembly instructions are included in the box with your greenhouse frame.
- With our tempered glass, each pane will be individually wrapped for protection.
- Frames and bases are securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes.
Glazing & Materials
We offer tempered safety glass as our standard because it transmits about 90% of light and offers superior durability compared to polycarbonate, which transmits around 80% and is more flexible, making it vulnerable in high winds.
Our greenhouses come with at least one roof vent. For larger models, additional roof vents and side wall louver vents are recommended to promote healthy airflow. We also suggest adding at least one automatic vent opener.
