Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Greenfluence LLC ("Greenfluence") provides this 10-Year Frame Warranty to the original purchaser ("Customer") of a Greenfluence Greenhouse ("Greenhouse"). This warranty covers the integrity of the aluminum frame under the terms and conditions set forth below.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Warranty Coverage

Greenfluence warrants the following components of the Greenhouse:

2.1. Aluminum Frame Integrity

The aluminum frame is warranted against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

2.2. Completeness of Parts Upon Delivery

All parts included with the Greenhouse are warranted to be present, correct, and undamaged upon delivery.

3. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

3.1. Damage Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:

Extreme weather conditions (e.g., high winds, hail, heavy snow accumulation, extreme temperatures, hurricanes, or earthquakes).

Chemical exposure (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides, corrosive materials).

Fire, flooding, vandalism, accidents, or malicious acts.

3.2. Glass Exclusion

Tempered glass panels are not covered under this warranty for breakage or damage caused by impact, weather conditions, or improper handling during assembly.

3.3. Assembly and Installation Requirements

The Greenhouse must be assembled in strict accordance with the installation instructions provided by Greenfluence.

Any unauthorized modifications or structural changes may void this warranty.

The Greenhouse must be properly anchored to prevent damage from environmental factors.

3.4. Limitations of Liability

Greenfluence’s liability under this warranty is limited to the supply of replacement parts only. This warranty does not cover:

Labor costs related to disassembly, reassembly, or installation of replacement parts.

Consequential damages including loss of crops, business revenue, or other indirect losses.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

If the Customer identifies a covered defect, they must notify Greenfluence within 14 days of discovering the issue.

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:

Submit a written claim to Support@Greenfluence.us with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Order Number]".

Include the following details in the claim submission:

(order confirmation or receipt).Photos or videos
A brief description of the defect and when it was discovered.

Allow Greenfluence up to 14 business days to assess the claim and determine eligibility.

If the claim is approved, Greenfluence will supply replacement parts free of charge. Greenfluence does not cover shipping costs for replacement parts unless otherwise stated.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.
